Optional formatting tips for the Web:

If you are entering calenders and gig-dates (or any other ordered charts or tables) this may be of interest to you.   Without HTML tags, everything you write on the Web will appear to be in one long unbroken paragraph, no matter how you type it in.   Here is how you can make extra spaces, paragraphs and line-breaks on the Web:
      To start a new Paragraph, type in
   these three characters:   <P>

      Most useful for gig dates is the line-BReak:
   To start a new line, type in
   these four characters:   <BR>

      Extra spaces (non-breakable space) might be useful:
   For an extra space, type in
   these six characters:  &nbsp;

That's it.     These HTML tags will be invisible on the Web.   For uniformity, please do not use any other HTML tags. If you've never written HTML before, I suggest either don't hassle with it, or use only the line-break tag. I'll go in and dress it up when I get a chance, no problem.

  This add-form can also be cut-and-pasted to from a plain-text file you have written in the Notepad text editor.
  And, if you "Save As" it as a .html file (myfile.html), it can be opened and previewed with your Web browser as others will see it on the Web using; File, Open.   (Assuming Windows/Netscape, others may be slightly different.)

Or, if time is not critical, email me a request/info/photo/suggestion etc, and I'll post it.
I really want to do whatever it takes to make this site useful and look good, but be warned that it might take me a week or so to get to it.   I'm really counting on your help here, and keep this site vital and up to date.   Otherwise, it will fade into disuse and obscurity, another failed blues site.   So.   That's the plan.
Many Thanks for your help!
